It still is perplexing many months after the season that Rutgers men's basketball was not ranked after beating 4 ranked teams last year in a row. It shows how much the voters don't respect us.
Rutgers did receive a little bit of the vote in a poll in Top 25 that is not well-known sponsor that somehow has a deal with USA Today poll.
The concept of beefing up the out of conference schedule for Rutgers men's basketball.
The idea that I have of reenergizing the NJ rivals in men's basketball into the Rutgers schedule would prove to be good for them to play tough opponents not in the B10.

Rutgers now has their hypothetical backs against the wall in regards to the NCAA tournament meaning they would have to sweep their final two games and if they don't do that they would have to make a gigantic run of epic proportions to get back to another second consecutive NCAA tournament. I would rather have them do option 1 which is win the final 2 games which would be far less difficult.
