Rutgers now has their hypothetical backs against the wall in regards to the NCAA tournament meaning they would have to sweep their final two games and if they don't do that they would have to make a gigantic run of epic proportions to get back to another second consecutive NCAA tournament. I would rather have them do option 1 which is win the final 2 games which would be far less difficult.

After a deflating loss the one realistic tournament for Rutgers mens basketball is the NIT. The NCAA tournament is probably out the window barring a miracle happening which is sad. Just need to stay over .500 and win games. The NIT tournament is more easy to navigate and possibly win the whole thing.
